This 4-bedroom single-family home in a
desirable Columbia neighborhood just needed sprucing up before
it hit the market. Bright Ideas evaluated the
house from top to bottom and devised a plan with the homeowners
to prioritize what needed to be done. Though the house's
major systems had been well-maintained, small projects needed
finishing and outdated decor needed updating to attract buyers.

The project
included replacing flooring, upgrading light fixtures,
organizing, decluttering, redecorating, removing wallpaper,
and repainting. Bright Ideas chose paint colors and flooring, shopped for window
treatments,
bedding, lighting, and bathroom accessories,
rearranged furniture, and added accessories from our inventory.
