 Knowing they were about
to put up their house for sale in a competitive, urban market, these
homeowners decided to improve their kitchen. Bright Ideas designed a new
island to match the existing cabinetry and a new custom granite
countertop.

Consulting assisted the homeowners with
their renovation. The homeowners upgraded their appliances, decluttered, and
repainted. We arranged the kitchen and dining room, adding select
accessories and art.
 The remaining
rooms required less work. The living room needed a
furniture rearrangement, more artwork, and a few accessories.
An
under-utilized area between the two bedrooms was converted into a home
office by adding a desk, accessorizing the bookshelves, and painting to
define the space.
The house
showed beautifully! In 27 days, the happy homeowners had multiple
offers and settled a few weeks later.
