S. Bouldin Street Staging

This beautifully refurbished but vacant townhouse in Canton, MD languished on the market for 102 days before it was staged. Though very nicely appointed, the house was receiving feedback that it seemed small. The realtors, frustrated at the feedback, consulted Bright Ideas. With a tight budget for furnishings, supplemented with loaned pieces, we furnished and accessorized the dining room, living room, master bedroom, and bathrooms.
